We encourage all our customers to view the detail and overall effect of the design and get a feel for their packaging. It’s the only way to test the exact dimensions of your carton, and ensure that it accommodates any variations in the size of your product.

If you’ve seen, touched and tested your packaging, you can give the green light in complete confidence that your carton, card or tray is the perfect thing to keep your product in pristine condition until the day it’s opened.

Sample cartons are made by hand on our state of the art cutting table.

One or two samples are often all that’s needed to test the fit of the product inside its package and to test its suitability to protect the product.

Longer runs are for customers who want to send prototype cartons through packing, transit and logistics trials.

Customers may even simulate the consumer experience – swinging the finished package around in a crammed shopping bag, bumping it around on the bus and storing it in the fridge – to make sure the carton, inks, coatings and glues can withstand whatever is thrown at them.
