Allow us to introduce you to PRINTED MICROFLUTE, something new from BRIDGER PACKAGING.
This material has many properties not evident in the more traditional grades of carton and litho laminated boards and consequently represents a new and exciting addition to our portfolio.
PRINTED MICROFLUTE brings the following benefits: -

COST REDUCTION. We print directly onto the material saving costly extra operations such as laminating. The lighter weight minimises packaging waste costs while at the same time eliminating the need for secondary packaging.

PRODUCT PROTECTION. Microflute offers a high degree of cushioning, rigidity, burst strength and shock resistance.

|
|
PRINTABILITY. The excellent surface enables complex graphics to be printed without any loss of quality or design impact and also allows for additional specialist varnishes and effects to be utilised.

|
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. The material is fully recyclable and actually uses less fibre than conventional materials thus providing a high bulk structure, which helps to minimise waste costs |
